The OSU Purchasing Department conducted a competitive bid solicitation for audio video and web conferencing services. The award was made to a single supplier, LogMeIn (fka Citrix).
The contract is available to the Oklahoma State University System and A&M Colleges (Connors State College, Langston University, NEO A&M College, and Oklahoma Panhandle State University).
Contract Period: Present through June 12, 2018 with the option to renew annually for five (5) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

Campus to campus Events> Can be used for connecting remote campuses for online events, no longer the need for students and faculty to drive to Stillwater or any other location
GoToTraining – the right solution for the job, whether training in a classroom, virtually or both

Virtualized classrooms> Ability to conduct synchronous online classes with remote students

Certifications> Use internally for department trainings or required certifications

LMS integration> Allows faculty an offering to use GoToTraining out of D2L thru partnership with CirQlive, our 3rd party partner
