Description of Services
The OSU Purchasing Department conducted a competitive request for proposals for Bulk Mailing Services. The award has been issued to two (2) suppliers.
Oklahoman Direct has been awarded as the Primary supplier for these services. Oklahoman Direct should be used for your services, unless there is some circumstance where they are not able to meet your needs. In this instance Mercury Press may be used. A blanket approval for shipping to a Non-University address has been approved for Oklahoman Direct. You will not need to request approval each time you ship products to Oklahoman Direct for bulk mailing services.

Contract Terms
June 3, 2019 through June 30, 2020 with option renew annually for up to 4 additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Expected end date after all renewal periods: June 30, 2024.
