Description of Services

The OSU Purchasing Department conducted a competitive request for proposals for copiers/multi-functional devices. The award has been issued to six (6) suppliers for eight (8) brands of equipment. Equipment may be leased or purchased (lease-to-own- purchases are prohibited).

The current contract expires on June 30, 2025 with the option to renew for up to 4additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Expected end date after all renewal periods is June 30, 2029
