Ergonomic Solutions For The Workspace
Contracts apply to all locations of The OSU and A&M Systems RFP # OSUA&M-RFP-000491-2018 Effective: August 15, 2018 through June 30, 2023
The RFP was conducted to establish a standard for quality, durability, ease of use, and functionality of products across the System while evaluating suppliers on pricing, qualifications, and performance. The RFP established three category of products and multiple awards were made in each category based upon the overall best value scores.
Use of the Contract:

Contact any of the listed supplier below and obtain a quote for products desired.

The Best Value scores are provided so you may compare the overall rakings of the suppliers and their product lines. This score reflects the quality of the products evaluated and the supplier performance and services offered.

The discount % off list price is provided for your reference. However, a larger % off does not guarantee the lowest price.

You may obtain multiple quotes from any of the suppliers, however it is not required.

Pricing for “Direct Ship”, items will arrive and the department is responsible for set-up consisting of 5 or fewer total items.

Pricing for “Installed”, items will arrive and include set-up and install by the supplier at no additional charge.

Other related items such as; monitor arms, desk mounts, mats, and related accessories are considered office supplies and must be purchased through the Staples Punch-out. A full line of brands and models offered.
