Professional event food services, bar & beverage services, event rentals & services, and audio visual rental & services. For events where the audience may include donors, alumni, University President(s), students, faculty, recruits, prospective students, Regents, and other VIPs.

Contract Terms
The contract expires on September 18, 2023 with the option to renew for four(4) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Expected end date after all renewal periods is September 18, 2027
