Provide hotel and conference services for Oklahoma State University and the A&M System for university groups, conferences, meetings, and organized event(s) on an as-needed basis in the Oklahoma City, OK metropolitan area, Stillwater, OK, and Tulsa, OK metropolitan area.

Contract Terms
The contract expires on June 30, 2024, with the option to renew annually for four (4) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Expected end date after all renew periods is June 30, 2028.
